Over the past few months (okay, years), I’ve been doing a lot of thinking and feeling — patiently standing on a plateau, still moving… but also waiting. Behind the scenes, I’ve been doing the deep work — not just with my clients, but within myself.

I recently took a real vacation — a break from my screen, my routines, and the pressure to figure it all out. And during that time, I remembered something I forgot I needed:
