Private 1 on 1 training using the whole studio, including state of the art Gratz Pilates Equipment. The studio is Pilates based however we tailor each session to whatever your body needs to improve your health & wellbeing. Our main goal is to provide a positive movement experience and for you to incorporate body awareness into your everyday life.
